Hailey e Claire, due ragazze di 12 anni, sono amiche da sempre, ma purtroppo stanno per passare la loro ultima estate insieme, visto che Claire sta per trasferirsi con la famiglia in un'altra città. Le ragazze e la sirena raggiungono un compromesso: se Aquamarine riuscirà a passare una serata con Raymond allora tornerà al mare.
