Talec, un gigantesco extraterrestre (Hues), scende sulla Terra. Ad ogni persona in cui si imbatte ripete il messaggio di pace che da il titolo al film, ma quando si allontana il suo sfortunato interlocutore è cadavere. Si tratta infatti di uno spietato criminale, venuto a fare scorta di endorfine, droga rara e costosissima sul suo pianeta. Soltanto il sistema endocrino di un essere umano intossicato dall'eroina produce quella sostanza, così l'alieno - per procacciarsela - con una strana siringa retrattile inietta la droga nostrana ai malcapitati che incontra, aspirando le preziose endorfine dal cervello delle vittime esanimi attraverso un buco in fronte, praticato con una brutale stilettata. A caccia dell'assassino si pone, coadiuvato da un agente dell'FBI, il poliziotto Jack Caine (Lundgren), l'unico ad avere intuito di trovarsi di fronte ad un extraterrestre.
