Nella New York post 11 settembre, Ashade, un tassista musulmano, prende a bordo del suo taxi Phoebe che lavora in un programma su Q Dog TV che racconta la vita lussuosa e le stravaganze dei cantanti hip-hop, ora i 'nuovi ricchi' americani.
